Argentine cinemas sold 347,893 tickets last weekend, a decrease of 38% compared to the previous one, according to data collected by Ultracine. The fall was quite similar to that experienced by theaters in the United States, where there was no “tank” to save the collections (and, by mirror effect, neither here, where these blockbusters are almost always released simultaneously). “Dragon Ball Super: Super hero” was the most watched title, with 93,808 viewers in its second weekend. Since its premiere, it has accumulated 429,291 tickets sold. In second place was again the Argentine production “30 noche con mi ex”, a comedy directed by and starring Adrián Suar, which brought 81,942 people to theaters in its third weekend. Since its premiere, it has sold 537,431 tickets.
