Timothée Chalamet has sported a backless look at the premiere of his new movie in Venice. The outfit comes from Haider Ackermann.
Actor Timothée Chalamet (26) shows once again at the Venice Film Festival why he is also considered a fashion icon. He appeared at the premiere of his new film “Bones and All” in a tailor-made red ensemble by designer Haider Ackermann (51).
The outfit consisted of a shimmering, backless halter top – with an integrated scarf around the neck – and matching, slim-fitting trousers. In addition, Chalamet combined black boots and silver rings for the red carpet and at times a pair of sunglasses.
Chalamet relies on Ackermann
The eye-catching look in red wasn’t the first Ackermann outfit that Chalamet presented in Venice. Last year, the actor appeared at the film festival in one of the label’s sequined black looks. In 2019, Chalamet walked the red carpet in Venice in a silver gray suit by Ackermann.
Chalamet’s new film “Bones and All” is a mixture of horror and coming-of-age drama: He plays the young cannibal Lee, who travels through the USA with the similarly gifted Maren (Taylor Russell, 28). Chalamet worked again with director Luca Guadagnino (51) on the strip. In 2017, the actor celebrated his final breakthrough in his romance “Call Me by Your Name”.
