Ricky Martin sues his nephew after being accused of incest and harassment

In July, Sanchez, 21, alleged that he and Martin, 50, had a seven-month sexual relationship that ended with Martin stalking and psychologically abusing him. Martin denied the allegations through his attorney. During a court appearance days later, Sánchez dropped the accusations, effectively ending the case. Martin issued a statement through his attorneys in which he maintained that the filing was made by a “concerned individual who made false accusations with absolutely nothing to substantiate them.”

In Martin’s legal complaint Wednesday, his lawyers said that before making accusations against him, Sanchez publicly bragged about being his nephew, bombarded him with messages on WhatsApp and Instagram and once posted Martin’s cell phone number on Twitter. social networks.

When Sánchez made the accusations against Martín, the complaint says, he did so “maliciously, without probable cause, with gross disregard for the truth, and knowing they were false.”
