A herniated disc put the fashion designer out of action. “I ran in circles in pain at night,” says Harald Glööckler.
Fashion designer Harald Glööckler (57) has canceled all appointments for health reasons and has received medical treatment. “I was diagnosed with a herniated disc in my neck,” said Glööckler of the German Press Agency in Berlin. “Two nerve roots are pinched. I’ve never had such pain.”
That’s why he went to an emergency room over the weekend. “I used to walk in circles in pain at night. I even had to take my toy spaniel Billy King to the dog sitter because I can’t take him out or even think straight.”
He is currently on strong painkillers and has also received injections. “I could hardly stand the MRI because of the pain. But now we have the findings and can tackle it,” said Glööckler.
He had previously suffered a herniated disc. “But that wasn’t so terrible.” Glööckler was born in Maulbronn in Baden-Württemberg and lives in Kirchheim in Rhineland-Palatinate.
