The series stars Adia, Igby Rigney, Ruth Codd, Aya Furukawa, Annarah Shephard, William Chris Sumpter, and Sauriyan Sapkotawith Heather Langenkamp as the enigmatic doctor who presides over the Rotterdam Home.
The series is created by Flanagan and the writer of The Curse of Bly Manor Leah Fong. Flanagan is an executive producer for Intrepid Pictures along with Trevor Macy and Adam Fasullo, vice president of television for Intrepid Pictures. Fong also serves as executive producer with Julia Bicknell and The Midnight Club author Pike. Elan Gale, James Flanagan and Chinaka Hodge write about the series, with Flanagan set to direct the first two episodes.
