According to a study carried out in 2020 by the consulting firm Opinaia in Argentina, 79% of the people surveyed said that they are very or somewhat interested in consuming food made from plants and vegetables. And likewise, a study by Kantar reveals that the young public is the one that most seeks this type of option, while people aged 50 and older do so to lower their meat consumption with similar or healthier alternatives.
