the cast of Wakanda Forever includes Lupita Nyong’o like Nakia, Letitia Wright like shuri, danai gurira like Okoy, Florence Kasumba like ayo, Winston Duke like M’Baku, Angela Bassett like Queen Ramonda and Martin Freeman as Everett Ross, all reprising their roles from the first “Black Panther.” Director Ryan Coogler introduced newcomers Tenoch Huertawho plays the main antagonist Namor, Mabel Chain, alex livinali, Dominic Thornewho will debut as the young Ironheart, and Michaela Coell during Marvel’s San Diego Comic-Con Hall H panel.
The sequel will not feature the star of the first film, Chadwick Boseman, who died in 2020 of colon cancer. Coogler is returning to direct and also co-wrote the script with Joe Robert Cole.

The first official look at the sequel came in late July, capping off Marvel’s Comic-Con panel. The emotional preview featured glimpses of Wakanda without its King T’Challa, played by the late Boseman, with a mural of his image being shown looking out over the country’s streets.
At this year’s Comic-Con, the president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feigrevealed that “Wakanda Forever” will be the final film of Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
