No divorce was filed
“This is not something that just happened today,” the source said. “Gisele has spoken to a divorce attorney for a while but hasn’t filed anything to my knowledge and is still speaking to Tom about her issues.” According to the insider, hiring divorce lawyers doesn’t mean the marriage will actually end.
“A lot of people talk to lawyers but don’t go through with it when the reality of money kicks in. But in this case, both sides have a lot and it’s not one-sided, so it could be a different situation,” the source adds.
Most recently, one had that a final separation was to be assumed. “I don’t think there will be any going back now. They both have lawyers and are evaluating what a split will entail, who will get what and what the finances will be like,” the inside source said. Neither Brady nor Bundchen have commented on the reports.
