Two guitars worth around 30,000 euros have disappeared. Two men are accused of having stolen them or obtained them from unknown third parties. A trial is pending.
Because they are said to have stolen valuable guitars from the Hamburg actor Jan Fedder (1955-2019), a 27 and a 34 year old man now have to answer in court.
The allegations are of collective theft or stolen goods, as the public prosecutor announced on Friday. However, the process scheduled for Monday at the Hamburg District Court was canceled again. A new date has not yet been set.
On October 30, 2020, the two men are said to have illegally obtained the instruments and played one of the guitars on Simon-von-Utrecht-Strasse at around 6:10 a.m. The prosecution assumes that the two have either stolen the guitars, worth around 30,000 euros, from a garage in the St. Pauli district themselves or obtained them from unknown third parties.
