The official added that “in this edition more wineries are added, especially from the El Chañar area and the province of Río Negro.”

The executive chef of “Viento Sur” at the Hotel del Comahue, Cristian Dietrich, said that “the idea is to share the kitchens of both hotels and restaurants with the public, and that people can enjoy a bit of the menus and see cooking style live”.

Meanwhile, the executive chef of the Hilton Garden Neuquén hotel, Elian Chauvie, said that his main dish will consist of Aluminé trout and stressed that “in the area there is a lot of diversity and variety, very good producers, from fruit, proteins and nuts”.

On the wine side, Alejandro Cordero, winemaker at the Fincas del Limay winery, revealed that the establishment will participate for the first time in Wines & Gastronomy, presenting its “Zorro y Arena” line in the different varieties.

The activity will take place in the vicinity of the National Museum of Fine Arts (MNBA) in the city of Neuquén, where there will also be recitals such as Javier Calamaro’s, which will be presented tomorrow night.
