Each NFT features a 4K copy of the debut film from The Lord of the rings of Peter Jackson in 2001 along with behind-the-scenes footage, many stills, and exclusive assets inspired by the movie. Eluvio hosts the NFTs through its blockchain compatible with ethereum and the tokens will be published tomorrow on a website.
“The core digital assets themselves, not just the token, are on the blockchain,” Eluvio’s CEO told Decrypt, Michelle Munson. “Both are owned and certified, and all the streaming you’ll see with the movie is licensed and distributed from the blockchain.”
