Together with two employees of the business (Lucca Nieves on low and Samuel Baezon drums) relaxed and unhurried, Martin first toasted with an acoustic guitar a version of “Live Forever”, the hit song by Oasis 1994. Later, he played the piano “Isn’t Lovely”, by Stevie wonder and “Of light music”, by soda Stereoa song that they included in the setlist of the shows that Coldplay gave on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Monumental.

In his Instagram stories, Báez gave more details on how the unexpected recital was conceived: “The ‘jermu’ came here, at the door of the venue, speaking in English. We did not understand much, because she spoke very fast. He goes to the place next door and I see a tall skinny pass by… When I look at him, I say to Lucca: ‘It’s him!’”, the drummer began by recounting.

And he continued: “When he goes to the place next door, he sees us who lean out to see him and he makes us a gesture, raising his thumb. Two seconds later, he came over, grabbed a guitar and told us, ‘Let’s play something! What do you want to play?’ The first thing that came to mind was Oasis, and we started jamming.”

In the same video, Nievas added: “And he signed us up for three tickets. round!”. In addition, as Emiliano revealed in his Twitter thread, Martin ended up buying the guitar with which he played the impromptu concert.
