Chefs and grillers will surprise the public with tasty creations, classic or bold, for all tastes. Once again, it will be a great opportunity to honor this emblem of our traditional cuisine.
For this occasion, the fair, which in its last edition attracted 30,000 people, will add some attractions:
-Traditional cuisine: new stalls offering traditional cuisine. Attendees can enjoy locros, empanadas, grilled meats, ribs, cupcakes and regional sweets.
-Contest to choose the best choripán of the fair: all the grillers, restaurants and chefs at ChoriFest will participate in a culinary competition in which a jury of renowned food journalists will award the best chori.
-Grill market: a space with proposals for barbecue fans: stokers, smokers, barbecue kits, braziers, mini spiedos, clothing and accessories.
-Children’s play area: educational games, plastic arts space and reading corner so that the little ones can also have fun at the fair.
In addition, on Sunday from noon, the public present will also be able to enjoy a day of the best Turf in the Buenos Aires stands and get closer to the world of horses. Simultaneous to the fair, different races will be held and the outstanding competition will be the Clásico Domingo Elías Pascual.
It is worth mentioning that the festival has the support of BA Gastronomic Capital, a government program that seeks to position the City of Buenos Aires as the gastronomic capital of Latin America. Its objective is to promote economic activity through the gastronomic development of Buenos Aires, from the generation of employment and the promotion of sustainable food policies.
