AMERICAN CLASSICS AT ROCKY

Rocky is a Ramos Mejía restaurant-bar that evokes the Pop culture of the United States through its setting, its music and its cuisine. The menu showcases American-food classics, including traditional North American sandwiches such as the Will Smith, a typical “Philly Cheese” with braised meat, mozzarella and cheddar cheese on ciabatta bread; the Notorious Big; a pulled-pork sandwich with barbecue and crispy onion on ciabatta bread; and the Fats Domino, with meatballs in pomodoro sauce, pesto and a mix of cheeses on baguette bread. All of them are accompanied by a portion of Crinkle potatoes, wavy cut and very crisp.

In addition, the place inaugurated a new terrace inspired by the movie “Back to the Future” with a special menu where options between breads are also displayed: the Doc sandwich, a medallion of salmon with Philadelphia-type cheese, avocado, red onion, arugula and Ranch sauce on sweet potato bread; the Marty, a Caesar Sandwich with chicken breast, bacon, string cheese, lettuce and Caesar dressing on a baguette; the Biff, a hot tenderloin with ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce and egg in sourdough ciabatta; and the Lorraine, with Iberian raw ham sandwich and tomato paste spread on homemade bread.
