“This guitar was actually trashed in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, in 1989,” said Julien’s Auctions CEO, Martin Nolan. “In fact, it’s written on the guitar.”
The sale involves more than 1,500 lots that include items from Beyoncé, Prince Y Carrie Underwood.

“People are taking their money from intangible items or even real estate items that they have in their investment portfolio and are choosing to own something fresh, something they can relate to,” he said.
