Kate Winslet (47) has shown a big heart: , the actress helped a child suffering from cerebral palsy with 17,000 pounds (almost 20,000 euros). The mother should be able to use the money to cover the costs of her daughter’s life-sustaining measures.
12-year-old Freya has severe cerebral palsy and is dependent on oxygen because of chronic breathing problems. The cost of running the oxygen apparatus and heating the home has so far been around £6,500. However, due to the energy crisis, they are threatening to rise to £17,000. An amount that Caroline Hunter from Scotland is unable to pay.
