Ahead of the 20th anniversary of the holiday classic “Love Actually,” cast members from the film reunite for a television special. The show, titled “The Laughter & Secrets of “Love Actually”, 20 Years Later: A Diane Sawyer Special,” is scheduled to air next Tuesday (November 29) on US network ABC and will also be released on streaming provider Hulu. The broadcaster also shared a trailer for the show on Twitter. It includes actors Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson, Laura Linney, Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Bill Nighy in conversation with presenter Diane Sawyer (76).

What mysteries will be revealed

According to the announcement, some secrets of the filming will also be revealed in the special – for example that Hugh Grant as Prime Minister David actually didn’t want to film his famous dance at all. “I saw that in the script and thought, ‘I definitely don’t want to do that,'” says the 62-year-old in the trailer.

“Love Actually” was released in 2003. ABC did not initially announce how many actors from the ensemble would take part in the show. The comedy also stars Keira Knightley, Martin Freeman, Colin Firth, Liam Neeson, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Alan Rickman, who died in 2016.

In Germany, many Hulu productions are available on the Disney+ streaming service. It was not initially known whether the special will be shown there.
