He has waited for several decades: in an emotional video on social media, Hollywood actor Dwayne Johnson made amends for one of his youthful sins.
When Dwayne was 14, he was living in Hawaii with his family.
On his daily commute to the gym, he would stop by the small supermarket 7-Eleven to get an extra large Snickers bar.
However, he didn’t have the money for it, so the then 14-year-old simply stole the bars.
A nice cashier let the youngster get away with stealing.
Today, 35 years later, “the Rock” decided to revisit the supermarket and buy all the bars he once took without paying.
The actor wrote on Instagram:
“Least I could do considering how much shit I used to steal from around here.”
Dwayne gave the bars to the employees. They are supposed to distribute the sweets to children who they feel are trying to steal something from.
It wasn’t just a good deed: “The Rock” quickly took over the bills for all customers who were in the store at the time.
