The two will have joint custody and neither will pay the other’s spousal support, according to documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The judge declared the two legally unmarried at Kardashian’s request in March, ending their eight-year marriage, but property and custody issues remained to be resolved in a trial due to begin on December 14.
The two have four children whose ages range from 3 to 9 years.
Kardashian and West will split evenly the costs of the children’s private security and private school, including college, according to the proposed settlement.
They will also each pay their own debts, according to the agreement. The two had a prenuptial agreement and kept their estates largely separate.
The settlement comes shortly after several companies cut ties with West over offensive and anti-Semitic comments that have further eroded an already fading public image.
It was the third marriage for Kardashian, the reality superstar, businesswoman and influencer, and the first marriage for rap and fashion mogul West. Theirs was one of the most followed celebrity unions in recent decades.
