Just a day after a performance in New York’s Madison Square Garden, Nick Cannon (42) is in the hospital with pneumonia. The comedian and TV host shared on Instagram on Friday evening (December 2).
Nick Cannon wants ‘no get well wishes’
“Okay, I guess I’m not Superman,” writes the 42-year-old. “I promised myself I’d never come back to this place. But this is a good lesson in taking care of yourself, otherwise you can’t take care of others.” He doesn’t need “get well wishes or prayers,” Cannon said. It was “just pneumonia”: “Nothing I can’t deal with”.
“The crazy thing is that just last night I had a sold out show at Madison Square Garden and performed in front of thousands of fans, now I’m lying all alone in a small hospital room. Life is definitely a roller coaster!”
Cannon added the hashtag #LupusWarrior. In 2012, the large star announced that he was suffering from the autoimmune disease lupus.
