Guns N’ Roses sues US gun store for using their name

The claims against the firm Jersey Village Floristowner of the online store texasgunsandroses.com are by “false appellation of origin, unfair competition, false suggestion”among others, according to the document.

The online store sells pistols, rifles, ammunition, bulletproof vests and even roses “without Guns N’ Roses’ authorization, license or consent”. The firm was not immediately available to provide its version.
