EQUILIBRIUM

Equilibrium has just landed in Colegiales with a healthy and Gourmet proposal marked by seasonality. Anchored in a historic mansion, this spacious and cozy restaurant has come to renew the neighborhood’s gastronomic scene. On December 24 and 31, it will offer two menu options with wine pairings and toasts, which can be enjoyed from 8:30 p.m. The space has a Nordic-style lounge, a comfortable outdoor terrace, and a semi-covered patio. They offer discount with cash payment.

ALDO’S RESTAURANT

Aldo’s Restorán celebrates December 31 with an incomparable food and wine experience. Starting at 8:00 p.m., the restaurant owned by renowned sommelier Aldo Graziani will offer a “Family Style” menu with Christmas dishes and Mediterranean-style recipes served at the center of the table. To accompany, there will be an incredible buffet of sparkling, white, rosé and red wines made up of labels from more than 30 prestigious wineries, curated by Graziani himself. A luxury proposal to live on its beautiful terrace in front of the premises, its deck on the sidewalk or its elegant living room.

JANUARY

Enero Restaurant prepares a unique New Year’s farewell, in front of the river on the Buenos Aires waterfront. On December 31, starting at 9:00 p.m., the impressive venue with a jungle setting will serve a four-course menu of your choice with cosmopolitan preparations designed by chef Diego Hernández Olave. The dinner will be musicalized by the Cuban band Los Hermanos Veloso and will end with a large sweet table. Starting at 00, there will be fireworks and its large open-air deck will dress up as a party to start 2023 to the rhythm of a live DJ Set by Nicolas Cipolla.

THE SEA

To say goodbye to 2022, the prestigious La Mar cebichería created a five-course menu that covers typical flavors of Peruvian Creole and Nikkei cuisine, conceived with fresh catch from the Argentine coast and raw materials of the highest quality. It can be tasted in its elegant lounge with spaces for intimate or large meetings, its large open-air terrace and at tables on the quiet sidewalk.

V SIDE

Lado V celebrates the end of the year with a modern, relaxed and fun proposal. The plant-based street-food venue, which stands out for its neon lights and colorful murals, will offer a tapas menu with exclusive preparations based on mushrooms and seasonal vegetables. Finally, there will be a dessert buffet, open bar for 3 hours and a toast with sparkling wine to clink the glasses. The place will be decorated with Christmas motifs and there will be special music to enjoy in its various rooms, two patios and an open-air terrace.

SUSHICLUB

For lovers of Asian cuisine and fusion sushi, on December 31 SushiClub will celebrate the arrival of 2023 in its restaurant in Puerto Madero, with a view of the river and an elegant, comfortable and warm setting. There a menu of steps will be offered that will include appetizer, entrance, main, dessert, sweet table with Christmas products and a selection of free drinks to toast.
