Christmas dinner will be held at the NH Collection Lancaster, the emblematic Georgian-style building, with a buffet menu designed by our executive chef Fernando Ercoli and his team of professionals.
The New Year’s dinner will take place at the NH Collection Crillon, the hotel located opposite Plaza San Martín, with a luxury menu by Mercedes Basigalup, executive chef, and her brigade.
In addition, there will be an Open Bar and a party with a DJ to start 2023 at full speed, with an unforgettable party, whether with family or friends.
“The gastronomy for both dates will consist of a buffet menu with hot and cold options; an ideal format for this type of celebration. We will have a wide proposal that will stand out for the high quality of raw materials that will shine in the creative preparations of our chefs. Our goal is to have a variety of options and satisfy all tastes, contemplating the whole family”, says Silvina Corbalán, regional director, Food and Beverages.
The temptations of the sweet tables for both dates will consist of mini pastries such as chocolate and coffee Opera cake; lemon meringue ingot, cocoa roll; Chocolate mousse, a variety of chocolates and macarons, passion fruit trifle, among other delicacies.
In addition, there will be the pairing of Malbec Serie A and Chardonnay-Viognier wines, from the Zuccardi Winery and sparkling Alma 4 Pinot Chardonnay for the toast
