The Americas accounted for 7% of tourist arrivals in Dubai between January and August 2022, the Latin America region is one of many regions that has shown significant growth in Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts in Dubai, London, Capri, Maldives and Pacific Asia.

Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts has been on a path of accelerated expansion since 2020, with impressive additions to its portfolio, starting with the beautiful Capri Palace Jumeirah in Italy, located in the center of the Mediterranean, guests are surrounded by the hotel’s local contemporary art and designer pieces amid the natural beauty of the Isle of Capris.

Another major milestone followed in 2021 with the reopening of the group’s flagship London hotel, The Carlton Tower Jumeirah, after the most extensive renovation in the hotel’s history. Embracing a new contemporary residential design that is perfectly in tune with its London heritage in the heart of Knightsbridge, it boasts 186 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 87 of which have the unique benefit of a balcony allowing guests to make the most of the stunning views of London.

The hotel pioneered the new Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts guest experience, with entirely new product and service delivery, spearheading the brand’s new era of luxury hospitality.

In October 2021, Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts launched its contemporary luxury villa resort, Jumeirah Maldives Olhahali Island. Tucked away in the crystal clear turquoise waters of North Male Atoll, Maldives, the resort offers serene beachfront and overwater living for blissful guest experiences.

The group saw three more hotels open this year, with Jumeirah Bali, located in Bali’s stunning Uluwatu region, opening in April. The resort offers an unrivaled destination for those seeking to reconnect and find inner balance while immersing themselves in the island’s magnificent natural environment.

Located in the isolated cove of Bandar Jissah, between the Hajar Mountains and the Gulf of Oman, just 15 minutes from the capital Muscat, Jumeirah Muscat Bay opened its doors in June. The ideal place to unwind and spend blissful days at the beach, guests can explore a variety of adventurous wellness experiences or venture out to discover the Sultanate’s rich history.

Resting regally on the pristine and unexplored beaches of Bahrain’s west coast, Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort and Spa just opened on November 1st, offering a secluded oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Other major developments are enhancing the guest experience at Jumeirah’s Dubai properties, including a complete beachfront renovation at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, designed to offer a unique lifestyle destination in the city, with access to the best leisure, health and wellness facilities.

Located in Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, Jumeirah Al Qasr and Jumeirah Al Naseem also provide an exceptional guest experience. From the Moorish-inspired Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf and the complete renovation of its ultra-exclusive Malakiya Villas that provide a new and refined concept of comfort for guests; to the complete renovation of the suites, rooms and ballroom of Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, which offer an elegant and luxurious design just a few steps from the beach; to the secluded, adults-only beachfront holistic pool, Jumeirah’s palatial luxury experience, Jumeirah Al Qasr; and advances in the Royal Suite and leisure facilities in the fresh and contemporary Jumeirah Al Naseem.

Additionally, the Jumeirah expansion continues in Dubai, with the upcoming Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, due to open in late 2023 and is set to further lead the new generation of Jumeirah Group’s ultra-luxury portfolio. The new property designed as a futuristic superyacht will complete Jumeirah’s oceanic trilogy, which includes the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the sailboat-inspired Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.
