Parallel to his last assignment as a double-zero agent, Daniel Craig (53) received one of the coveted stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A few hours before the ceremony, the British actor says that this is “surreal” and “crazy” for him.
About his success as 007 he said: “I think it will take me 15 years to come to terms with it all.” It is a great thing for him that his films mean great things to many people. Nevertheless, with regard to the James Bond series, a happy ending has been found for him: “It is time to end it. It is done.”
Big star unveiling planned
It was previously announced that the ceremony will take place on October 6 at 6:30 p.m. local time. It is the star with the number 2,704, which goes to the outgoing 007. The laudators for the ceremony include the “Bond” makers Michael G. Wilson (79) and Barbara Broccoli (61) and Rami Malek (40). Ironically the man who makes life difficult for Craig in “No Time to Die” as the villain Safin.
