“The chamamecera dancer will take place on the banks of the river, with free access and you can enjoy La Pilarcita, Los Vecinos, Los Güepa Che live” among other artists, informed the Institute of Culture of the province.
Meanwhile, the community was invited “to be part of this initiative that will take place on January 4, 11, and 18, starting at 8:00 p.m., at the Boca Unidos Center on the Costanera Sur, with groups from Chama who will invite dance to those present, on a stage with a majestic landscape as a backdrop”.
“The Chamamé National Festival adds proposals for the enjoyment of Corrientes and tourists throughout January, and one of the new alternatives will be a dance at sunset a few meters from the Paraná River,” said the president of the Institute of Culture of Corrientes, gabriel romero.
In this sense, it was reported that the chamameceras dancers will take place the first three Wednesdays of January in a privileged location on the Costanera Sur, “where music and dance come together by the hand of four groups per day.”
The provincial official highlighted that another of the novelties for this new edition of the Festival will be the chamameceras clubs in different parts of the city and the province, among them in the La Unidad property (former Penal Unit No. 1) and those that will take place in different capital bars.
Meanwhile, yesterday it was done “Chamame with Everyone” in the courtyard of the Hospital Ángela Iglesia de Llano “for the enjoyment of medical personnel, patients and their families.”
All spaces that are part of the Fiesta Grande, just like the already traditional ones: the Chamamé with everyone that will arrive at hospitals, asylums and contexts of confinement; the chamameceras outhouses; the serenades; the parade of bellows; the nautical procession; and different activities “that will invite debate and exchange between the protagonists of the Chamamecera Nation,” concluded Romero.
