Like Hardy Krueger Jr. in an interview with the star revealed that he turns his Berlin café into a table once a week: people in need should be able to get groceries there.

Others have weekends, actor Hardy Krüger jr., 54, works: In his Berlin café “Fräulein O.” he is behind the counter from Friday to Monday. He gets up extra early to bake the fresh cakes in the morning. In an interview with the star Krüger announced that he would also like to use his café for charitable purposes in the future: a weekly table for the needy is to take place.

“We are now turning our café into a table, which starts on the 14th and every Tuesday after that. It is very important for us that we pass something on and that we support the people who are now struggling with the high costs and heating costs and have to turn over every euro. And that’s where we want to help people.”

They also accept donations. Krüger and his wife Alice also get help from supporters, mainly from the region. But also self-made products like leftover cakes should be given to the needy.

“I think there will be 120 to 150 people there,” Krüger estimates. He also commented on his motives: “I’ve seen a lot in my life, including a lot of misery, and that has always shaped me. For my wife and I, it was therefore a need to give something back from our privileged life, that we are allowed to live.” Krüger is the son of actor Hardy Krüger, who died in January 2022, and spent parts of his childhood in Africa, among other places.

In the middle of the corona pandemic, Hardy Krüger jr. and his wife the “Miss O.” opened. He says they were “crazy enough”. “I’m very happy with it, it was the right decision.” Of course, many guests also come because they want an autograph. But on Google there are mainly dozens of positive reviews that praise the cake.
