How to remove tile stickers
If you’re moving house or want to try a new design, the old ones have to be removed again. Nevertheless, there is no guarantee, especially if the stickers have been on the tiles for several years, that there will not be a few signs of wear and tear (i.e. residue from the adhesive). Take a standard hair dryer and hold it over the sticker: the heat should loosen the adhesive and the foil. Alternatively, you can also use one (like the ceramic hob from the cooker) to loosen the stickers. If there are still residues from the adhesive on the tiles at the end, an alcohol-based cleaner will help to remove the last traces. Then you should scrub the tiles clean again with water and a little washing-up liquid.
