Billie Eilish wants a restraining order against a man. He apparently tried to break into her parents’ house.
US singer Billie Eilish (21) is said to have applied for a restraining order against a 39-year-old man. He had allegedly attempted to break into her family’s home in Los Angeles earlier this month. In the injunction, the singer’s father claims the man tried to get into the house several times back in December to confess his love to the 21-year-old and meet her. The local police were called five times. Several reports have already been filed.
Billie Eilish is scared
The court documents ask for protection for the singer, her brother Finneas (25) and her parents. Eilish said the incidents caused her “significant anxiety, fear and emotional distress” that she no longer felt safe visiting her parents’ home.
This isn’t the first time Billie Eilish has obtained an injunction against a man. In February 2021 it became known that someone was harassing the singer. Among other things, she stated in court that a 23-year-old had left “extremely disturbing and threatening” letters on her family’s property in Los Angeles. “Every time I drive home I’m terrified that he’s waiting there for me,” the artist said, according to E! News. Her application was granted at the time.
