Without losing the techno-pop pulse of the original, Miranda! added new sound nuances during the recording process: “We recorded with Lali in Madrid in a night session. And somehow the tone of her voice conditioned the rest of the production: intimate, suggestive and outdated”, detailed the singer.
“The guitar solo was made by Jay de la Cueva. We recorded it in Buenos Aires and he added a rock color that stands out within the electronic and pop nuance of the arrangement. Mauro De Tomasso was in charge of the programming and synthesizers, and I too I added something in that field”, he concluded.
Following the conceptual line of the album -still without a publication date-, the video is situated in a new environment of the hotel run by Sergi and Gattas as hosts willing to receive, in this case, the new guest Lali Esposito, and for which Your previous guests have already passed.
Ale Sergi and Juliana Gattas, who were Lali’s jury partners on “La Voz Argentina”, had previously collaborated: in 2018, The pop singer sang “Irresistible” and “Enamorada” with them at a festival in Mar del Plata, and three years later, in the middle of the pandemic, they sealed a cover of “Tu Amor” by Charly García and Pedro Aznar from a distance.
While previewing some songs from the next album, Miranda! will seal its passage through major Mexican festivals such as Vive Latino and Tecate Pa?l Norte in March and will disembark on April 21, 22 and 23 at the Gran Rex Theater on Corrientes Street, before embarking on a tour of presentations through cities such as Santa Fe , Cordoba and Rosario.
