On the other hand, the fortnightly values for rent in January ranged from $56,000 for a one-room apartment, $71,000 for a two-room apartment, and $85,000 for a three-bedroom apartment. For the month of February, the rents drop 20% compared to January.

Better water temperature
The average temperature for this month during the last decade was 21.2°C, with maximums of 24°C. This makes February the best month to bathe on the coast Argentine Atlantic. In resorts such as San Bernardo, Pinamar, Mar del Plata and Necochea, the water is between 0.5 and 1.1°C warmer than in January, on average.
The phenomenon is due to the heat capacity of large bodies of water and the so-called “thermal inertia”. The same thing that intuitively explains that a pot with five liters of water under the sun’s rays heats up faster (and cools down with the same speed when night falls) than a canvas pool that contains a volume 900 times greater.
