Green comet: when can it be seen?
From the American Space Agency (NASA) reported that the ice visitor was first seen in March 2022while I was inside the jupiter orbitto some 650 million kilometers from the Sun.
It is currently approaching the Landuntil it reaches the closest point on the February 2when it is found 42 million kilometers, according to experts from the space agency. This will be the best day to see itfrom midnight or in the early morning before dawn.

How to see the comet?
The POT recommend looking for a site away from the city lights to be able to see it. For observers of North Hemispherethe comet will be visible with binoculars during most of January and, for those of southern hemisphereat the beginning of February.
“Comets are notoriously unpredictablebut if it continues its current trend of brightness, it will be easy to spot“, said NASA in its blog earlier this month. Notably, the comet already looks like a small ball moving through the Universeunlike the stars that are always in the same places forming constellations.

Usually these phenomena are discoveredeven though they are very far away, because they are moving with respect to the stars. And, this time, you can see naked eye in very dark places.
