Actor Adama Niane (1966-2023) is dead. As various media reports, the Frenchman died at the age of only 56.
Niane is best known for playing Leonard Kone in the Netflix series Lupin. Its main actor Omar Sy (45), who plays the main character Assane Diop in the series, publicly mourns the death of his colleague.

Niane also starred in the revenge thriller “Get In” by director and screenwriter Olivier Abbou (49). He also expressed his sadness for the actor on social media. he remembered a photo of the Frenchman on four years together and raved about the artistic and human adventures that they would have shared “at the other end of the world”: “He was dedicated, bright, talented, powerful. He was my hero, a friend, an accomplice.”
