“While on the tour bus, Defendant Warner engaged in various acts of criminal sexual conduct against Plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including, but not limited to, forced intercourse and vaginal penetration,” the lawsuit says, which replicates the Insider portal.
After the first alleged assault, Doe said Manson “laughed at her” and told her to “get off my bus.” She said that he also said that “if he told anyone, he would kill her and her family.”
However, when he got off the tour bus, Doe said a tour manager approached him and gave him a private 1-800 number to keep in touch with the band, according to the lawsuit.
Doe said Warner began calling her at home after their first meeting, asking her to send “explicit sexual photos of her and her friends to her fan club”according to the demand.
He also insisted that he attend another concert in New Orleans, Louisiana, on December 9, 1995.
After that concert, Doe said she was against being invited back on Manson’s tour bus, where he again sexually assaulted her, according to the lawsuit.
“He prepared Plaintiff by congratulating her, playing with her hair, and looking at the photos and drawings she brought with her,” the lawsuit says. “Warner then became more aggressive and again sexually assaulted Plaintiff, including kissing, biting her breasts, oral intercourse, and penetration.”
