In the first of the two summer night concerts on Thursday, July 8th, the Collegium Ennsegg will talk about a trip entitled “Come with me to Varasdin”. A colorful sequence of operetta melodies leads through the crown lands of the former Danube monarchy right into the lifestyle of a bygone era. Elisabeth Wimmer (soprano) and Harald Wurmsdobler (tenor) can be experienced as soloists.
A story from the world of magic will follow on August 5, 2021: The famous story “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, read by Thomas Zimmermann, staged with no less magical orchestral works.
Both concerts invite you to the picturesque ambience of the inner courtyard of Ennsegg Castle.
