The appointment was canceled due to Teichtmeister’s acute illness, the Vienna Regional Court announced in a brief broadcast on Tuesday afternoon. Questions about a new appointment or details about the illness of the accused are not possible at this point in time.
Teichmeister would have had to answer to a single judge tomorrow, Wednesday (10 a.m.) at the Vienna Regional Court for Criminal Matters because he is said to have obtained a total of 58,000 files with relevant material from February 2008 to summer 2021 (§207a StGB).
