Uwe and Natascha Ochsenknecht’s daughter runs four to five washing machines every day. She has no nanny, no cleaning staff and even when she is very pregnant, she runs an entire farm with her husband, including cattle breeding. Cheyenne Ochsenknecht has blossomed from the baby of the well-known acting family to an absolute power woman. To the star she tells us which dreams she hasn’t fulfilled yet and why she likes to teach her husband to fear in the shooting game “Call of Duty”.

You are now a married woman, first of all congratulations – how does the new relationship status make you feel?
The love is complete, the children are the icing on the cake: perfect family happiness.

At your young age, don’t you feel that your freedom is being restricted?
We’ve always had a very casual relationship. Nino can party, I can party, we both know where we stand. The classic rules of a relationship.

Was this how you imagined your life to be as a teenager? Early mom, married and a farm?
I always wanted to be a mom very early, if I had known Nino for four years when I was 18, I would have been a mom by the time I was 18. I’ve always wanted to get married early and live in a house with my husband. My life is going absolutely according to plan right now.

Should it be a farm in your imagination or rather a luxury villa?
I didn’t see my future self directly on the farm, but I always wanted nature, mountains and a life in the country. Country life is ideal, especially with children and many dogs. Farming is actually the absolute best right now, especially with a child.

You are pregnant for the second time – how does it feel? Are there differences to the first pregnancy?
So far the pregnancy is exactly the same, thank god there are no problems so far. But there is one difference: I am more relaxed than when I was pregnant for the first time. Especially when you are pregnant for the first time, you are afraid of losing the child and other indefinable fears. With the second child, I think above all: I hope I get enough sleep and the two children get along well.

When is it?
I won’t reveal that in detail, but I’ll soon be in my third trimester.

How did Mavie react as a big sister?
She knows that there is a baby bump and also strokes it, points at it or kisses my belly. But she still doesn’t understand that there’s a baby in there. She got a little book called “My Sibling”, we’re trying to get her to understand it, but she’s only two years old.

Will there ever be an extended farm family?
Nino actually wants four children, I think two are enough for now. It can’t be ruled out, but it hasn’t been an issue so far either.

You play “Call Of Duty” with your husband – how good are you and who is better? How long have you been a gamer girl?
I started playing GTA and Halo with my two brothers very early on. When the first corona wave hit, I bought an Xbox because we were bored. Nino first said: “Whoa no, I only play Fifa”. But over time, we’ve become a Call of Duty couple. We actually play more often, even every night for a while. And to be honest, I’m playing better than Nino, but he’s caught up a lot now.

Can your husband Nino stand it if you play better?
He actually says things to his boys like “I’m pretty good for a woman” but I’m not an outstanding gamer girl. The best player in our family is and always will be Wilson. We also often play with him online in a larger group and even have a clan tag.

You have apparently already achieved many goals in life – which ones are still open?
I bought my dream car with my own money, I have a house, a garden, a child, my dream jewel. But what remains a dream of mine and Nino is a house in Mallorca. I grew up there, learned to walk there, my dad lives there. We had a house there back then and my brothers love Mallorca too. Not the Ballermann-Mallorca, but the Mallorca that hardly anyone knows.
