Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck get partner tattoos

Just over a year after their first wedding in Las Vegas, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck got their love tattooed under their skin. Both bodies are now adorned with a partner tattoo.

It wasn’t long ago that fans in front of the TV could see Jennifer Lopez reprimanding her husband Ben Affleck. At the Grammy Awards, the filmmaker looked so fierce that his wife snapped at him. “Stop! Look friendlier. Look motivated,” she said to Affleck, according to lip readers. Rumors quickly arose that there could be a crisis between the two. But nothing like that.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Lopez Affleck made a declaration of love on Instagram. “Commitment is sexy,” she captioned several snaps of herself and her partner. And that commitment gets under your skin. Lopez’s chest appears to have recently been tattooed in honor of her husband.

It’s the infinity sign paired with their first names, Jennifer and Ben. With another picture, she shows that Affleck also had his love for his wife immortalized under the skin. His tattoo is two connected arrows starting with J and B.

On the second try, Lopez and Affleck found their happiness – and it’s apparently meant to last forever. The two superstars originally met in the early 2000s. Together, “Bennifer” formed the pinnacle of superstardom, reinforced by daily media coverage and eye-popping red carpet appearances. Wherever the two appeared as a couple, a state of emergency was guaranteed.

Lopez and Affleck got engaged, but it was all over soon after. In January 2004, the two announced the end of their engagement.

In spring 2021, rumors that the two had reunited were finally confirmed when Affleck was photographed at Lopez’s Miami home. A few months later, in January 2022, they exchanged vows in Las Vegas, and the official wedding followed the following August.
