Lamb chorizo, with red onion, yogurt, cucumber, mint and sweet potato; vegetarian chori, with eggplant, spinach, goat cheese and honey; smoked choripán, with mushrooms, lettuce, orange and garlic; traditional choripán with criolla in the field; and many more options. It will be a great opportunity to honor this emblem of our traditional cuisine.
