For her twins’ birthday, Jennifer Lopez shared a video showing the life of the family – including stepdad Ben Affleck.
Jennifer Lopez (53) celebrated her children’s birthday on Instagram on February 22. The clip shows pictures and impressions from the lives of the now 15-year-old twins Emme Maribel Muniz and Maximilian David Muniz.
In most sequences, the singer can also be seen cuddling, hugging and kissing her children, proudly standing on stage with them, traveling the world, going on vacation. In some pictures you can also see Ben Affleck (50), who has been the stepfather of the two for almost two years: when driving, he holds the sleeping Maximilian in his arms, in another photo the whole family is sitting at the table in a restaurant.
Captioning the video, Lopez wrote: “Happy Birthday my beautiful, brilliant coconuts. I am so proud of you in every way possible. You bring so much joy and happiness to my heart and soul. I love you forever. happy birthday”. Lopez garnished the post with emojis of coconuts, hearts, cakes and the infinity sign. Appropriately, the musical accompaniment is taken over by Taylor Swift’s (33) song “15”.
Functioning blended family
The birthday children come from Lopez’s marriage to musician Marc Anthony (54). The two were married from 2004 to 2011. The singer and actress has been with Affleck again since 2021 and married since 2022.
Already on Father’s Day she had praised Affleck’s father qualities on Instagram. Among other things, she wrote that she had “never seen a more consistent, loving and selfless father”. This does not only apply to his own children, Lopez continued. The actor has three kids with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner (50).
