Next round in the separation drama between golf superstar Tiger Woods (47) and his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman (38). the former restaurant manager is now allegedly $30 million in damages. It is therefore about the right of residence in Woods’ luxury villa on Jupiter Island (Florida).

Tiger Woods, according to Herman, kicked her out of the mansion and changed the locks in October last year. According to court documents obtained by People, however, Herman claims that she could have lived in the villa for another five years: there was a verbal agreement.
