Johnny Depp Rod Stewart, Imelda May, Gary Clark Jr. and Joss Stone are some of the artists that will be part of the shows.
Eric Clapton announced a couple of concerts tribute to Jeff Beck at the Royal Albert Hall. The special shows will take place at the historic London venue on May 22 and 23 and will “honor the memory and art” of Beck, who died suddenly on January 10 at age 78.

Clapton will be joined at the concerts by a host of “colleagues and friends” including Johnny Depp Rod Stewart, Imelda May, Gary Clark Jr. and Joss Stone. They are also scheduled to appear Rhonda Smith, Anika Nilles and Robert Stevenson from the live band Jeff Beck.


According to a press release, excess proceeds from the two concerts will be donated to Folly Wildlife Rescue in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Beck rose to fame with The Yardbirds, whom he joined in 1965, replacing Clapton in the band’s formation. The two musicians toured together as solo artists in their later years. In 2018, Beck opened up about his past “awkward rivalry” with Clapton.
Clapton paid tribute to Beck on social media following the guitarist’s death earlier this year. “‘Always and forever,'” he captioned a photograph of the late artist.
