After his great victory in the Oscar awards with his animated feature film pinocchio, Guillermo del Toro is getting closer to his next live action movie. According to the portal Deadline Andrew Garfield, Oscar Isaac and Mia Goth are in initial talks to star in the new version of Frankenstein of Del Toro in Netflix. Del Toro will write and direct the film.
Del Toro has been developing the project Frankenstein for some time and has always wanted to make a movie centered on the iconic story of mary shelley. It is unknown if the version of him would be a period film or set in modern times. It is also unknown who would play Doctor Frankenstein or the creation of him; Goth is believed to play the love interest of Doctor Frankenstein.
