The singer is sick with the corona virus. Again and despite a double vaccination. She is currently receiving medical treatment in the hospital. A concert appearance is out of the question at the moment.
Although, in her own words, she has already survived an infection and was vaccinated, singer Patricia Kelly (51) fell ill with the corona virus again.
“Patricia (…) was infected with the coronavirus (despite the vaccination) and is currently in the hospital,” said her team on Instagram on Monday evening. “We hope that she will be able to leave it soon and that she will be better again.”
A photo posted shows a hand lying on a bedside table next to a hospital bed. “Please do not worry too much,” it says in the post. “We are confident that Patricia will be back on her feet very soon.”
The Kelly Family musician had already announced in December 2020 that she had tested positive for the corona virus after severe pain in the hospital.
A concert that was supposed to take place in Hanover on October 25th has been canceled. It was said that other dates for the “One More Year” tour may have to be postponed. Because of a foot operation, the singer had postponed individual appearances just last week.
