Flavor Flav: Rapper has to go to court

Flavor Flav is said to have ripped a phone from a woman by force – now he has to appear in court because of it.

The rapper Flavor Flav (62) has to answer for domestic violence in court,

The indictment concerns an incident that allegedly occurred in Las Vegas earlier this month. The former public enemy musician is said to have forcibly removed a phone from a woman’s hand. For this he would have “grabbed her and thrown her down,” as they say. After an emergency call, Flav was taken into custody by the police. Prosecutors also confirmed that Flav is on charges of domestic violence.

One year of abstinence

the musician recently celebrated his year-long abstinence from alcohol and drugs. To photos that show him now and then, he wrote: “A year done … still many to go … For next year I pray that my family will follow the same path as me …”

Flavor Flav was once a founding member of Public Enemy. After a dispute over an election campaign appearance, Chuck D (61), head of the hip-hop group, kicked Flav out of the band in 2020.
