Writers and academics from Argentine provinces such as Mendoza, San Juan Catamarca, La Pampa, La Rioja, and San Luis spoke and presented books, as part of an agenda that included plays, a literary café, and guided tours for school students.


Some of them were the writer Claudia Pineiropresented his latest novel “The time of the flies“; the journalist Mariana Carbajalwho spoke about “Rights: progress and challenges in women’s struggles”; and Luisa Calcumilwho added her presence as an author and playwright when reading one of the texts that make up her latest book “Ethnic-Popular Theater“.

The musical closing was in charge of Lito Vitale and Juan Carlos Bagliettowho, accompanied by their sons Julián Baglietto and Jano, expressed: “We are happy to be here in San Luis, in this theater, which is tremendous, with this concert that is a journey of 32 years and some new tangos that have been recently uploaded, called ‘Baglietto and Vitale Tangos‘”.
The Secretary of Culture of the Province of San Luis, Silvia Rapisardahighlighted the success achieved in this fair and said that they are already thinking about the 2024 edition. “The protagonists of this fair have told us that it was a meeting place, to share experiences and establish links between them. It was also a space for cultural entrepreneurs to sell their products, this brings development and growth to the community“said the official.
