The psychological horror series follows a high school football team that survives a plane crash in 1996, only to be left behind deep in the Canadian woods. Through a mix of flashbacks and current events, the show shows how the athletes went from being an elite team to a wild clan.
The second season picks up two months after Shauna ignored Jackie with bad results. Tensions have risen within the team as winter conditions intensify, leaving the girls making impossible decisions to survive.
The program is starring Melanie Lynskey, Juliette Lewis, Christina Ricci and Tawny Cypresswith Lauren Ambrose (as adult Van) and simone kessell (as adult Lottie) joining as regulars and Elijah Wood in a season one guest arc.
The second season also introduces Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Samantha Hanratty, Courtney Eaton, Liv Hewson, Steven Krueger, Warren Kole and Kevin Alves.
Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson they created the show and serve as executive producer and executive producer with fellow executive producer Jonathan Lisco. Creative Engine’s Drew Comins also executive produces with Ameni Rozsa, Sarah L. Thompson and Karyn Kusama.
