La Balconada, the boutique parador inspired by Ibiza and Mykonos

In the south of Mar del Plata is La Balconada, the first boutique inn in the area, with an unbeatable view of the sea, where unforgettable sunsets can be seen. The restaurant has 120 seats and next to the bar on the beach are places to live unique gastronomic experiences, with Mediterranean tapas and signature cocktails.

From the inn, which is located on the border with the Gral. Alvarado party on the way to Chapadmalal, you can appreciate crystal clear and calm waters, with an environment of dunes, ravines and cliffs, together with the abundant vegetation that characterizes the Argentine coast. The place is inspired by different paradores on the Mediterranean coast, such as Scorpios in Mykonos, El Amante in Ibiza or La Susana in Punta del Este. Its architecture, together with the nature offered by the space and the gastronomy and signature cocktails, invite you to have a transporting experience. As main it is proposed catch of the day, Caesar salad with chicken or prawns, salad of the day and braised meat. These preparations are accompanied by interesting signature cocktails, where the fresh Tinto de Verano made with red wine and lemonade stands out, and the Carajillo that combines coffee with a distillate that can be cognac, rum, aniseed, pomace or whiskey. To enjoy comfortably, their bunks hang baskets where they place 1.90m thread blankets that can be borrowed when necessary.

La Balconada is a place designed so that any tourist who is on the coast wants to go to know it and fall in love with the place, offering traveling sensations, for its food, its music and its great sunsets.
