Actress Maren Gilzer (63) was robbed during her vacation in Sicily with her husband Harry Kuhlmann. that her rental car was broken into while she and her husband “made a detour to a deserted beach”. Unfortunately, she left her backpack in the car, she explains.

Her bunch of keys from home were in her pocket. “I could slap myself for accidentally taking it with me,” said Gilzer. After returning, the couple, who have been married since 2019, had to change all the locks in their house in Brandenburg.
And the only key to her car, an old Chrysler PT Cruiser, was stolen. “I’m crying because replacing it would cost more than the car is worth. More than 2,000 euros,” says Gilzer. She is now looking for someone who can help her.
All in all, the theft caused damage of more than 10,000 euros. The jungle queen of 2015 and the “Wheel of Fortune” fairy had to go to their savings for this, because the Corona crisis has meant that they have only been able to work a little in the last few years.
