Killers of the Flower Moonwhich is being produced by Apple Original Filmswill begin airing on AppleTV+ on an unspecified date. Paramount Pictures will handle the theatrical release of the film, which features an impressive cast including Oscar winners Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert DeNiro and Brendan Fraseras well as Jesse Plemons and lily gladstone.


Scorsese, Oscar winner for “The Departed” and regularly ranked among the greatest filmmakers in history, he directs the film from a script he wrote with Eric Roth. The film is based on the best-selling book of the same name by david grann. It is set in 1920s Oklahoma and depicts the serial murder of members of the Native Americans and the FBI’s investigation of the series of brutal crimes.
Various sources say that the film is expected to open in the Cannes Film Festival this year, where it will be one of the most striking premieres.

Jacqueline Westthe film’s costume designer, who also worked with Leonardo DiCaprio on The Revenantrecently recalled a conversation he had with the actor about Scorsese’s film.
In declarations to the portal Deadline, said: “I was talking to Leo about it. We had lunch before coming here. He said, ‘Jackie, I think we’re working on a masterpiece.’ I thought Leo say that, it was something. He doesn’t say that lightly. He’s been in the business since he was a little boy.”
